PHASE I
Phase I was the initial Phase developed in the Foothills. Most of the remaining properties are at least half an acre, and some are close to an acre. PHASE II

We as the developers meet with each potential builder to assure that they are aware of the standards of construction and aesthetics that have been already put into place.
