PHASE III

Phase III is the last section to be completed, and boasts of spectacular views overlooking the mountains and valley. Some houses have been completed, and set the stage for additional upscale homes to follow. A number of home owners have bought one or two extra lots to expand their property and privacy. Trees line most of these lots in the rear to give natural distinction from one property to the next.
